The small laser sensor based on the IO-Link interface is a professional measuring instrument that can measure tiny particulate matter and gaps. IO-Link is a manufacturer-independent digital interface. IO-Link makes full use of the characteristics of smart sensors and opens up a new path for automation technology.
Advantages: Point-to-point connection with fieldbus capability, allowing for continuous communication with the sensor level. The control system uses unified software for easy and fast operation. Users can modify parameters such as zero point, travel direction, or resolution. The use of simple three-wire unshielded cable wiring greatly saves costs.
In addition to position information, other information such as switching status or diagnostic messages will also be exchanged. Since setting parameters are stored centrally, errors in the control loop can be quickly located and sensor exchange is fast. Finally, IO-Link reduces costs, benefiting both automation and mechanical engineering.

The advantages of the small laser sensor based on the IO-Link interface include a precisely focused 0.1mm laser beam and 0.1mm high repetition accuracy, enabling precise positioning of tiny objects; short response time to achieve fast processing and improve productivity; precise optical axis pointing with extremely high detection accuracy. It also features tamper-proof functions to avoid the shortcomings of buttons or potentiometers, offering extremely high reliability and system availability. At the same time, when combined with smart reflective photoelectric sensors, reliable detection can also be performed at a sensing distance of 250mm.
The laser sensor integrates the IO-Link interface, allowing for quick configuration for various applications by creating a standard network. Meanwhile, through IO-Link, various data during protection and maintenance processes are also evaluated.
Note: Application areas of laser dust sensors: air purifiers, air conditioners, PM2.5 detectors, range hoods, smoke alarms, fresh air systems, dedicated PM2.5 sensors, air detectors, wearable devices, etc.
